Refund Policy

• ✔️ Cancellations made 20 or more days before the trip → 100% refund
• ✔️ Cancellations 10–19 days before → 80% refund
• ✔️ Cancellations less than 10 days before → No refund
• ✔️ If MS Travel cancels due to unforeseen issues → full refund or an alternative arrangement.

Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility & Documents

Renters must be 18+ years with a valid driving license and government ID.

2. Usage

• Use the vehicle only for legal, personal, or official travel.
• No racing, off-roading, or transporting hazardous goods.
• Safety rules:
  • Always wear a helmet/seatbelt.
  • Do not drive under influence.
  • Obey traffic laws strictly.

3. Fuel & Return Condition

Vehicles are delivered with a full tank. Please return them refueled.

4. Late Return & Additional Charges

Late returns may incur extra charges (e.g., one full extra day).

5. Accidents & Damage

Report any damage or accidents immediately. You’re liable for repair costs below ₹20,000.

6. Cancellation

Follow the same structure as the Refund Policy above.

7. Customer Responsibility

Provide accurate details, follow driving laws, and return the vehicle in good condition.
